Our head chef Alexandre Gouge is passionate about fine produce and is devoted to offering you dishes rich in flavours. High in colours and flavours, his cuisine opens hitherto unexplored gourmet trails, made from quality local products + enhanced by flavours. Our sommelier Sébastien Riché is on hand to give you expert guidance when it comes to choosing a wine to go with your meal to make your visit all the more exquisite.
Our restaurant is renowned throughout the region because it was the establishment’s first business. Opened in 1970 under the name L’Auberge Les Criquets by the grandmother and grandfather of Madame Molle, the restaurant served traditional and home cooking, especially as business dinners for the Ford factory, as this establishment was the only one open in the region.
We host our diners in a refined setting with pure simplicity. We only cook fresh produce and we work exclusively with local producers:
- Goats from Christian Teulé
- Pigeon from Mios
- The biofarm in Saint Aubin d’Elodie Molina (for our vegetables)
- Le Prince de Biscay from Gilles Pécastaing (for pork)
- Kashmir flavours from Arnaud Lohyer (for our spices)
- Le Brignolet (for our special breads)
Our chef takes particular care to adapt our menu to each seasons for the great satisfaction of our customers.
