“This elegant contemporary restaurant opens on to a pretty garden and a delightful terrace; the menu follows the seasons intelligently and, to crown it all, the chef gives cooking classes.

A pleasant gastronomic stopover on the way to Bordeaux. “

The opinion of Gault&Millau

(2 chef's hats)

“On the outskirts of the city, decision-makers find easy access and an open door. Jean-Luc Molle artfully lures them back for a private dinner in the evening, because this experienced chef has a stylish knack for choosing the right word, just as he makes the right pitches to win the favour of the travellers staying in the hotel.

They keys to maintaining a long-established tradition are a beautiful cellar and very carefully conceived cuisine based on tradition: tagliatelle of creamy and smoked squid and lardo di Colonnata, John Dory with oriental flavours, gourmet “Mac Molle” with veal fillet, foie gras and truffle juice. A nice chocolate and raspberry guacamole dessert, impeccable service overseen by Isabelle Molle. “
